Growi Digital ("we", "us") operates an AI-assisted Google Ads integration ("the Service") that connects to Google Ads accounts through the Google Ads API.

1. Information we access

When you sign in with Google and grant access, the Service can read and, where you request it, modify data in the Google Ads accounts you have access to: campaigns, ad groups, keywords, budgets and performance metrics. We also receive the email address of the Google account you sign in with.

2. How we use it

We use this data only to perform the actions you request: reporting, analysis, keyword planning and campaign recommendations. We do not use it for advertising, profiling or any purpose unrelated to the Service.

3. Storage and retention

OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on our servers so the Service can act on your behalf. Google Ads data is processed at request time and is not stored permanently. You can revoke access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, after which stored tokens are deleted.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except infrastructure providers required to run the Service (hosting), who process it under our instructions.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy

Growi Digital's use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of your data by emailing iletisim@growi.digital.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest revision.
